Terms & Conditions
The sales order will be subject to our inventory availability.
Returns:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days
of the original invoice date, except as noted on particular
products. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of
the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA number which
can be obtained from the customer service department. Returns must
be received by lioncomputer.com within 7 business days from the receipt of
an RMA number.
A few products offered by lioncomputer.com, if returned for any reason other
than a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect
shipment, will be subject to a restocking fee. Items subject to a
restocking fee will be listed in your invoice with the percentage
shown.
Special Orders:
Special orders will take longer to fill due
to the fact that it is made to order. Special orders are not
refundable or exchangeable.
Shipping & Handling Charge:
Shipping & Handling charges will apply actual shipping & Handling fee after the order is received. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
Compatibility:
lioncomputer.com makes every effort to provide
customers with detailed descriptions of the products we have to
offer. If there are any questions beyond what is written on the web
site, please contact the product manufacturer. lioncomputer.com is not responsible for any software and hardware compatibilities.
Software, Laser Printers, Inkjet Printers, Retail Processors, Notebooks, PC Systems and Servers:
Any software, laser printers, inkjet
printers, retail boxed processors, notebooks, PC Systems and Servers are non-refundable. The sales for Software are final, no exchange and no return will be offered. The sales for notebooks, PC Systems and Servers are final, only warranty service will be offered after the sale.
Phone Orders:
We encourage ordering
online because it is faster, more convenient and protected by the
industry standard e-commerce secure encryption technology. With this
guarantee you can feel safe shopping at lioncomputer.com.
International Order
International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law. lioncomputer.com makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the US. lioncomputer.com currently ONLY accepts international payment via wire transfers and letter of credit. International credit cards and checks are not accepted. Wire transfer and leter of credit payment may be subject to additional processing fees. All international orders will be shipped out after the payment has been cleared and paid in full.
Limited Warranty Policy
- This policy may not be altered or amended in any manner, and the
buyer by accepting delivery of the goods
described herein accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions
contained herein.
- The ownership of all products shipped and sold from lioncomputer.com
remains with Lion Computer Inc until all payments from the customer are cleared
through Lion Computer Inc’s banks.
- All CPUs have a
30-day functional warranty; Retail Box CPU has 30 Days from lioncomputer.com, Total 3 Years from Manufacture Warranty.
- No warranties for physically damaged items, which have cracks,
missing pins, or burn marks. Any items damaged by power surges, floods,
brownouts, blackouts, or natural disasters are not covered by warranty.
- All other items except refurbished items carry manufacturers warranty within 1 year. All refurbished items only carry 30 days' warranty.
- Any products found to be abused, mishandled, modified, or
altered; all warranties will void.
- Removal of warranty or serial # sticker voids all warranties and
will not be accepted in return.
Return Policy
lioncomputer.com offers a 15 day return guarantee to all of our customers except as noted on
particular products. If you are not fully satisfied with your lioncomputer.com
purchase, our customer service department will assist you. Return
merchandise requirements are listed below, you must have all of the
requirements in order to send your item in for a return.
- lioncomputer.com will not accept any return without an Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number,
please call Customer Service at 630-598-0159 or email us at rma@lioncomputer.com.
- All requests for a refund or
replacement authorization must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
Products authorized for return must be 100% complete, in re-saleable
condition, and must include original packing material, manuals,
blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the
manufacturer, in that case you
might be charged 20% restocking fee. Otherwise you might be
charged more than 20% restocking fee.
- RMA numbers are good for 7 days. Returns must be
received by
lioncomputer.com within 7 business days following your receipt via e-mail
of an RMA Number from Customer Service. Returns post dated later
than five business days after receipt of an RMA Number will be
invalid.
- All returns within 15 days from
the invoice date will be charged up to a 20%
restocking fee and the customer prepays shipping.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling
charges and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could
result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
- All products will be accepted by lioncomputer.com for
same-item exchange at lioncomputer.com's discretion within 30 days of the
invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Return packages must be sent back to the return address that is
on the RMA packing slip that you will obtain when you receive your
RMA number. In order to receive a full refund, your return
package(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
- Returns must be sent freight prepaid via UPS or Federal Express.
Please e-mail your tracking number to lioncomputer.com. As a reminder,
risk of loss is on buyer until shipped for return of replacement
and refund are received by lioncomputer.com at their business premises.
Also, lioncomputer.com is not responsible for any damaged shipment that
was incurred by the freight carrier. Please be sure you purchase
the proper freight insurance for the return package(s) and keep
the proof of shipment until credit has been issued by lioncomputer.com.
- Non-defective software cannot be accepted by lioncomputer.com for a
refund or exchange.
- Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return
may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing
the return. lioncomputer.com reserves the right to grant return approval
at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
- Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be
charged $25.00
- After 30 days of the purchase date, all Items that need to be
returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the
manufacturer of the product. The manufacturers' customer service
information should be available in the instruction booklet that
may have come with the item you purchased.
